This was my first time at the Strasburg rail lines. I took my granddaughter on the Night Before Christmas train ride. It was more than I expected. We will definetly make this a family tradition.
We road the Christmas train on Sunday 12/4 and had a wonderful time. My 3.5yo daughter was delighted by Santa, the instrumentalists, and the carolers. We truly enjoyed the beautifully restored coach cars, each warmed by a coal stove. And for $18 (adults) and $11 (children 2-11), it was well worth the price. We will certainly be back next Christmas season! 🎄🎅🏻
The ride with Santa was a lot of fun! The kids really enjoyed it, definitely much better priced than other nearby train rides I had looked into
The Christmas Tree Train was so much fun! I had wanted to do a train event with my kids for Christmas but all trains I looked up were expensive. I found this and I'm so glad I decided to do it. Not only did my kids have fun, my husband and I had a great time too. We also got a really great tree for a better price than what we usually pay. We are going to make this our new family tradition
Family and I participated in the Christmas Tree Train. Awesome atmosphere. Participated two years ago. Much more organized. Stay on track. Keep up the awesome atmosphere.
Such a great experience we had yesterday . The tree farm had trees that were reasonably priced and very full with no bare spots. The train ride was so fun and the staff were so friendly ! We loved the town and the shops also . We will be back and probally are going to make this our tradition yearly .
Been here numerous times, twice for day out with Thomas, just did the Paradise Christmas train and did the railroad museum last week. We love it here! Always worth our hour and a half drive to go!
The only issue I had was that I was on the 3pm and there was one individual employee that actually should be taught some customer service skills As she walking through asking families if they won't like their pictures done it was finally our turn and being there previously we declined as I declined she rolled her eyes and made some rather rude comments under her breath before going onto the next coach I let it go but then as they came around to actually do the pictures she yet again made a rude comment but to top it off the ... read more
It was a great family day for us! The train ride was perfect. Not too long- not to short! The beautiful scenery made the day!
