I was just there with my family for my son's 3rd Birthday on Sunday and it was a great time even with all the rain! Staff was friendly and helpful. Santa looked like the real deal! Highly recommend to go with family and friends for any occasion!
My daughter really enjoyed it. I think for the money you pay for tickets and lunch, you should definitely have more time on the train.
Wanted to take grand-kids for a train ride. To our surprise Santa was on board a beautiful coach that was fantastic and warm on a cold December day. What a great experience!

In my opinion, Strasburg Railroad is a must see attraction! I love the nostalgic feel of it all! I have seen many people complain of pricing, but you have to think of what goes in to make a train like this run so often everyday! I had the pleasure of talking with the staff due to a unforeseen issue and I must say everyone is extremely friendly and professional! They truly go above and beyond! The real winner though is that my children love riding the train! They ask to go every year!
It's an incredible adventure for the kids, worth every dollar!!! Our hosts were so friendly, the ride was smooth, the live music was such a great touch, Santa was incredible, and all of the stores and extras were amazing!! Our Family would highly recommend Strasburg Railroad and will be visiting again next Holiday Season!!
We had fun with our cub scout group. the added cup/die-cast stove for the kids was pretty cool.
Was lackluster. Santa only stopped by for a quick picture and didn't even talk to the kids. The ride was to nowhere, just up the tracks and back. West Chester railroad blows it away.
This place is awesome. Suggest to stay in area for a couple of days. So much to see and take in at the museum. The Choo Choo Barn is down the street too. Not far from outlets and great eateries
