Would not recommend. We've experienced repeated service charge increases without clear explanation, and there has been a lack of transparency around the accounts when requested.
I am a director of a 29 flat block. We have had several Managing Agents over recent years, and Strangford is the best yet. Claire is brilliant and was one reason we switched last year. We are very satisfied with the help we get, timely and efficient. And Strangford's Accounts efficiency is very welcome, compared with accounts experience with previous agents.
You really appreciate fast and good solution when you’re in a tight spot. And Stranford have shown this to be very much the case. Fantastic service from Adriana Bert when we had an urgent issue on a Friday afternoon that couldn’t wait the weekend. It was sorted within hours. The communication was Excelent. And we never felt in our own. And so happy to have our issue sorted so quickly.
