Having been with Stuart for six weeks for bilateral knee sprains and arm pains, I have been able to go from wheelchair to almost walking naturally, he has been great help and very attentive to everything that is said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody with problems getting back on their feet.

I had a serious sciatica incident last summer and working with straight back has relieved the pain and helped me strengthen up. Now I'm able to be as active as I want to again.

I had an Achilles injury - I was impressed by the initial exercises I was given by Stu who had successfully gauged the level of weight / type of exercises I needed to improve the issue. Subsequent appointments gave me the progressive exercises I needed and eventually my recovery time was only 2/3 of the time expected. Highly personable and professional. Flexible appointments. Thank you!

I am grateful to Stuart for his expert help, advice and encouragement with my knee issue over the past few months. Even though the problem has not been 'cured' as there is permanent damage, I feel that my knee and the surrounding area has become stronger and more stable as a result of our sessions. Stuart has helped me to understand the issue and advised me on how to manage my activities. He is always professional and a very nice chap!

Stuart is incredible, after severe back pain and getting nowhere with the NHS…Stuart helped me get straight through to my GP expressing suspected Cauda Equina. The Dr saw immediately and I was diagnosed with a slipped disc. Stuart helped expedite me seeing my GP, he really went the extra mile and after my Epidural steroid injection, Stuart’s physio was second to none and helped me get back on track. Don’t use anyone else other that Stuart…..he’s phenomenal.
