The best second-hand car salesmen are friendly and likeable. Richard is one of the best. However I won't be recommending this business because the customer care slipped when there was a problem. It took too long - 4 months- to try to fix faults and there was a lack of communication resulting in being left with an undriveable car for days and sometimes weeks on end.

As the reviews are being answered regularly we are trying to get a reply on here. We bought our Jag in December after reading the reviews on here. It was delivered and we immediately had issues and emailed you. All our attempts to contact you have been ignored, emails, signed letters and phone calls not returned. Can you please honour the warrantee and let us know how we can get the faults repaired. Thank you.
