We put our Renault in here to find out why it was pulling side to side and was told it was due to radar, after paying for the radar to be recalibrated, it felt worse, we ended up taking it to Renault who found an incorrect part had been fitted and replaced it and it’s been fine since. Contacted them back but had no joy getting money back. I would not recommend.

This was the first time I used STR mainly because I left it too late for my usual company and STR was conveniently located, had a suitable time slot and got good reviews. l took my car in for a full service and MOT. The service was fast and friendly and they even cleaned under the bonnet and the top of the engine. No one had done that before. I will use them again.
I booked STR to do an MOT. The car failed on a sidelight. But, this is a 25 year old Lotus Elise. It's not ........straightforward! What I got was fast, friendly, enthusiastic and efficient service. Brilliant!
