Had Stowe Equine/large animals out to see my alpacas. The attending vet was Professional, confident and approachable. She Provided a knowledgeable inspection of my animals, and a very helpful and thorough explanation of her results and the proposed care plan. Could not have felt in safer hands and been more pleased … If I could give more stars I would.
A really nice vets, with some wonderful staff. The receptionists, the vet nurses all lovely people. Unfortunately I'm not pleased with one vet, he seems to work nights. I took my rabbit in as an emergency late evening and left him over night. The vet didn't seem focused that evening. The next day I get a call saying my rabbit had passed. He didn't explain properly to me what had happened, he couldn't give me an explanation. I have called and been back into the vets and requested he call me back 4 times now, still no phone ca... read more
Absolutely blown away by the service, kindness and compassion that we were presented with on Sunday, following an emergency appointment. Our little one took a bad turn when we got him home, but the wonderful lady on reception talked us through what we needed to do. All of the treatment offered has started to work wonders already after only 2.5 short days. Thank you for everything!
Very good vets, highly recommend
Really friendly staff and I am very impressed with the separate waiting area for cats. Ideal for my cat who doesn't like her carrier or new people!
