Extortionate overpricing.Had our elderly cat put to sleep and cremated and was charged almost £400!No invoice given and we had to chase up his whereabouts.Our dogs didn’t even cost that much to be cremated.Even the receptionist said it seemed expensive.No one got back to me with an invoice or explanation to why it cost as much as it did.
watch the vet prices, needed some thyroid meds, and the vet charged £75 ...the same exact meds online was £16.80 , the company is Pets Drugs Online based in Bristol , just get your prescription from the vet and pay the proper price
Do NOT recommend! Disgusting service today. First time customer didn’t even get a “hello” from the reception team or the vet! The vet came out didn’t even greet me just said my dogs name with no enthusiasm and pointed to the scales! Then proceeded to give my dog a treat without asking first! She could have an allergy!! Didnt hardly speak to me in the room nor my dog and thought it was acceptable to hold her mouth shut to hear her heartbeat- I completely understand that panting makes it difficult to hear but I should of been ... read more

Had Stowe Equine/large animals out to see my alpacas. The attending vet was Professional, confident and approachable. She Provided a knowledgeable inspection of my animals, and a very helpful and thorough explanation of her results and the proposed care plan. Could not have felt in safer hands and been more pleased … If I could give more stars I would.
