Every hotel has things I’d like to change but honestly this one was the closest to perfect that I’ve found !!! So much in one hotel from food to shopping!!
Very dirty. Stains in elevators in places that people do not touch. It was gross. Dirty carpets. House keeping was non existent. They emptied our garbage each day, that's it. Never made beds never vacuumed. We were very disappointed in our hotel accommodations. The restaurant service was so slow. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted and no other customers were in restaurant. very strange. Then the food time to order and be served was even slower. All we ordered was Cesar salads and it took 40 minutes and very expensive.
we loved the coffee, breakfast and juice bar. excellent in the morning before going on beach. great room with good amenities.
Unbelievably quick service. Friendly employees. Clean. Delicious food. Walk out of the hotel directly onto the boardwalk. No stairs. Heaven
We had a great time as usual. We keep coming back because we feel comfortable here and we like the location.
nice roof top pool with bar location. on the boardwalk but away from the craziness. Coffee shop downstairs as well as a pizza joint
As always the Grand was the best place to stay! See you in October!
I loved my room! very spacious. the staff were very friendly and helpful. lots of restaurants, two pools. My new favorite hotel in OC 😊😍
