RecommendedGood location on the boardwalk,staff was very helpful good places right inside the place to shop and eat and drink 24 hours. Great views from the balcony.
All inclusive hotel with the best rooms. All ocean facing rooms have terrific views and the city rooms have spectacular sunsets. The friendliest staff make you feel right at home!
I was pleasantly surprised checked in at 11 am no problems !! Barbara was our housekeeper got is everything we needed !! Room was more than satisfactory& the view was exceptional !! Located in the middle of all the attractions ! Would definitely stay here again!!!! Anything you needed they got it for you!!! Paid for it but worth it!!!!
They don't clean the rooms or bathrooms. I found a bug on my sheets. I will never be back to this hotel again.
This is the second time we stayed here. Wasn't impressed the 1st time thought I would give it a second chance. Wrong..!! The snake bar food was stale. My phone chargers kept falling out the plugs. 2nd floor smelled of the pool. Almost ran into the door leading to the boardwalk cause it did open properly. And my son got stuck on the elevator. This place is old and tired. Never will I go back here.
We stayed here last weekend! We've stayed at at least 7 other hotels and we liked this one the best so far!
