They let us check in 3hrs early. Clean rooms, polite, helpful staff and an awesome view! We will definitely be back!
Ahhh...with a name like the "Grand Hotel and Spa", how could you go wrong? The term "spa" makes one envision a place that is built for relaxation, a nice getaway from the stresses of everyday life. The fact that it's "Grand" makes it even better. It has a 4th floor ballroom. Yes...a ballroom! Where kings and queens may wish to gather...or perhaps...some sort of Baptist revival group who have a signed contract with the hotel stating that they can play music in the ballroo...Continue Reading
The location is wonderful, so close to the beach. The setting is perfect for any occasion including a wedding. The restaurant has fabulous food, the staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are wonderful. I have never stayed anywhere that could compare to this. I stayed there a few weeks ago and me and my family just love the place. If you have already booked this hotel, can I just say you have made the right choice. !!
Hotel was not what I expected. Horrible customer service. Broken beds, rooms are not updated and loud bands play till midnight and hear in the rooms. I have stayed at many hotels and the mangers at this hotel just don't care about their guests. I will say the pizza was great and dealing with the catering staff for a party I had was wonderful. But I will never stay there again
Horrible experience. Customer service sucks. Beds broken,very noisy,rooms dirty. Will never come to this hotel again.
