Nice hotel I still. Y first time last year in august 2015
Rude staff and unclean rooms. No maid service except for clean towels when asked.

I have stayed at the Grand a couple times. I have always found it to be very clean and the staff are always ready to take care of your needs. Keep up the good work.
They don't even have a hot tub. It's not a spa. It's a crappy rundown hotel. Paint peeling off the walls, carpet is dirty, and the maids obviously don't clean very well bc we found a lot of things under the dresser
Our room was dead center, 10th floor, exactly where/what we paid for. Hotel location was good, right on Boardwalk, view was amazing, room was clean, housekeeping and front desk, courteous and helpful when asking their opinions of best places for food and water sports. Only suggestion would be to update rooms, especially bathroom which could use updating and an exhaust fan and beds were a little too hard. Otherwise clean and neat and had a very pleasant stay!
