We've stayed at the Grand for the past ten years. My husband is an exterminator and obviously checks the room thoroughly!! There's never been an issue. We love it there. It has everything you could want. We'll be there in September and I would not consider ever changing hotels. We love it there!!
After checking in and going up to the 11th floor to see our room, my 3 year old son's "blankie" flew off the balcony! We notified the desk staff who immediately had the maintenance staff and housekeeping staff search the premises below. After calming my son and hitting the beach for a few hours we returned to our room only to find my son's blankie folded neatly and waiting for us on the kitchenette counter. I cannot thank the staff enough for taking time out of their day to solve our crisis. Bravo!!
Love the pool bar! Really enjoyed meeting the bartender and learning about her country. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Ocean view room was the icing on the cake. Located near a variety of shops and eateries. I Took a relaxing run on the beach. Great time!!!!!!!
We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon! The only thing we can complain about is that our stay was not long enough!
The service in this hotel from start to finish was horrible. I was given several different prices, charges wrong and sat on hold and was disconnected several times before getting a manager. Stayed in the direct ocean view jacuzzi room for an anniversary getaway and the stupid jacuzzi didn't work. Asked for it to be fixed, nothing. Called when we got home to speak to a manager. Received a $50.00 credit after paying $360.00 a night for a room with a jacuzzi that didn't work. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Great place, large rooms, clean and very helpful staff.
