Loved the hotel and staff members were great. Perfect for beach lovers - a few steps and you're standing in sand.
Clean and VERY FRIENDLY!! No hassles at all. Been here for the last 5 years.... great place to stay!! However.... I am a biker but there are some here that do not have any respect for others..... moving outdoor furniture to park their bikes, taking the handicap spaces ( BIG NO NO) and the 15 minute spaces the people need to park in to register... WRONG. RESPECT should come first!!! There is a big garage for parking!!!!! USE IT!!!
We’ve been to OC every year for the last few years, and always stay here! Good bar/restaurants on lower level and 24hr. coffee shop! Rooms are nice, too! Very clean!
Have respect for your guests. Be transparent. Don't dodge complaints from guests. Dry the bedding or make sure the bedding is changed if damp. Put screens in your balcony doors. Telling guests there have been none in years because your guests walked through them so much they became too expensive to fix. I will never stay here again and there was no comp that could ever change my mind.
They advertise a lot of things to do on premises but failed to mention that most of it was not open off season when we went. I would have been very happy with the restaurants etc. basically all they had was a coffee shop.
Just a HORRIBLE Hotel. We had problems with rotten food from the Restaurant. False advertising with the gym. It had a few pieces of equipment in it and also false advertising with the Spa doing manicures. That was also false advertising. The biggest thing was the RUDE incompetent staff.
