Visited here a few years ago and had a great experience. This time not so much! Stayed 4 days and had our room cleaned once! Had to call front desk a number of times about someone smoking dope on our floor three days in a row. Told too bad basically. The night person hung up on my husband because she didn’t like his complaining! Felt like we were bothering the desk whenever we needed something. They weren’t friendly at all. Extremely disappointed that I’m with my (family- two special needs children) on a non-smoking floor and we complained every day about strong odor of marijuana in our hall wafting into our room irritating my super sensitive kids. Complained two nights in a row and, got hung-up on, was asked what I would like the hotel to do to stop this? They didn’t like my simple solution based on Case Law. Said they didnt want a lawsuit??????

great place stay there all the time. most people who dont like it usually are the ones thst think there entitled or have done something there not allowed. never had problems with staff was there real recent and as far as i could tell everyone spoke english. so before u whine and complain check yourself first..big babies
Nice clean hotel with large comfortable rooms and excellent views of the ocean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced, at least in the off season.
very dirty room,and blood on wall and blood floor, hall dirty ,talk to house cleaning she laughed in our face. said she tell her boss. also the English is really bad.checked on Sunday to Wednesday show up on Tuesday to cleaning carpets the furniture so old Fallen part Took picture Pictures don't lie
dirty rooms. broken dresser. cob webs in room. dated. run down. staff was nasty. house keeper can not speak English. also stained carpet in room plan gross place
