Just stayed there this past weekend and this place a really declined since I stayed there few years ago. First when we got to our floor was where the pool was you could smell the chlorine the whole floor. Got in our room to find no remote to our tv and had to wait about an hour for maintenance to bring one up cause apparently the front desk can’t give us one. I was thrown out 1/28 on my bday I was upset because I made my reservation in early January made sure the pool would be open for medicinal purposes I got there pool was closed asked for my money back and was yelled at humiliated, and refused my reimbursement. The so called unprofessional manager threw me out . I was angry. The pool was closed and not being worked on . You did not deliver and charged me 3 days are you kidding me .
