RecommendedThe Grand was amazing. They gave us a lot of bonus goodies and a late check out to accomadate our spa appointments.
Arrived Sunday afternoon no cooks were in the kitchen. It was well after 4:00. The woman in the bar who was checking made it very apparent it was very inconvenient and she had one customer. We had a small child with us who was hungry. We ended up eating in the Cafe. The woman there wasn’t much friendlier. When we asked for an extra spoon you would have thought we asked for blood. Staff there needs to be reminded that a smile goes a long way. We will not recommend nor go back.
This was a great weekend get away and an awesome way to start our vacation. The Epic restaurant has excellent food. I enjoyed the hamburger and my fiancee enjoyed the tuna.

This is the 2nd time that we have taken our grandson to stay at this hotel. He absolutely loves it. The rooms are spacious. My grandson enjoys the game room and indoor pool. It is in agreat location on the board walk but away from the crowds and there are lots of places to eat!
From the time we walked in the doors, the staff was fantastic!!! Great ocean view, plenty of amenities, 24 hour Java Shop, Pizza Shop & Bar, etc...definitely worth the stay!!! Will be back!!!
