I phoned the surgery after having an urgent call from the hospital.. asking them to get the GP to call me I sat waiting all afternoon didn’t move so I wouldn’t miss the call and no one called me not even a message to say the GP wouldn’t be calling me back today so disappointed with this surgery they have let me down not happy
Stow surgery have always been so helpful & supportive of me. I’ve been with them just over a year & the health service given has been exemplary. Thank you to all the General Practioneers, nurses & admin staff for the wonderful job you do do.
