Always managed to get an appointment either same week or week after (same day for emergency appointment)
Abysmal customer service. Pitiful communication skills.
Has turned around drastically and I have found all the Dr's very understanding and the staff are all very professional and helpful. I have never had any problem with getting an appointment and any referrals have been quickly dealt with. I'm pleased to be a patient of this medical centre.
Happy with the practice. Have managed to get appointments and the practice which have been very good in certain matters and pro active. The staff I’ve seen have always felt like they’re there to listen and the nurse is lovely too. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful.
Absolutely disgusting from this practice! Prior too Coombs Surgery closed down Opposite Evergreen Pharmacy with one of the doctors who retired which was a good few years ago now, amazing doctor I think Doctor Humphrey. Got to know him as well! His son was a professional kick boxer.
