What a horrible place to build this clinic. Complete lack of common sense by the council (not surprised), ruining a nice grass area, Far more suitable areas..like I don't know..the massive eye sore that was once a swimming pool.
Have had constant support from this surgery over the last 3 months - have been able to stick to to my own GP - Dr Gibson - which makes a huge difference as they get to know the case. Cannot thank Dr Gibson enough for all her support, guidance and professionalism in dealing with a difficult situation. Reception staff have been very helpful too.
Extremely disappointed with this surgery. Experienced a very painful and distressing condition for almost a year and have been consistently passed around through different GPs where the problem was never resolved. Finally after speaking to a 4th GP from the surgery, they agreed to refer me to a specialist. It should not take 3 GPs plus a whole year for this to happen. This is just one of the issues I had. Helpful and friendly receptionists.
