Fantastic service from start to finish! My partner and I popped into the showroom one evening and Martin was extremely helpful and pleasant. He helped us pick the right laminate flooring for our needs and quickly arranged a time for estimate for the fitting. The quote was extremely reasonable for both the materials and fitting (compared to numerous other quotes we received this was by far the best). The workers completing the actual flooring job are polite and get the job done, however the manager Martin eventually became rude and did not seem bothered too want to complete the job after we paid, or keep us updated of what would be going on. stay woke

We had our kitchen/conservatory flooring installed by Martin and team and they were very effecient. We went back to them as we were so pleased with the flooring to fit our lounge with the same. Dave the fitter was able to seamlessly join onto the existing flooring giving a seamless look. Competitively priced and I would recommend. Fitting the skirting to complete the look was an added bonus which we did not expect.

Nice chap running the place, and the showroom offers a good selection to view. Unfortunately, the lack of organisation and customer service has forced us to go elsewhere. They never answer the phone, didn’t ever follow up with a quote after a long journey to come and see them. We just felt that it was the start of problems to come, so we went elsewhere. I paid in full for my floor to be laid and the fitter promised to return to complete the job. He never did. That was in July last year and now in February 2020, despite endless phone calls, emails and promises that they will come back and complete what I have paid for, we are still waiting. Avoid this company at all costs.
