Abysmal! As someone nervous about going to the dentist I hadn't been in a couple of years and il never step back in this one. I booked an examination on 26th April for today (3rd May) turned up 5 minutes early and receptionist said my appointment is cancelled. Told me that it was my own fault for booking with the wrong dentist. Why does the website allow you to book any dentist if it must be a specific one? Was told I wasn't due a check up as I was there in December? I definitely was not! Wee breach of GDPR? Who is attending... read more
Very poor service after taking over my previous dentist. Staff at reception rude and not very helpful. I never had a fear of the dentist but after a few visits I dread the thought of going. I have also been to my new dentist and having to get fillings replaced that are not even in 1 year after being done incorrectly and leaving me in agony. Would not recommend to anyone and very glad to have left
I am quite afraid of the dentist and above all I was even more afraid of going to a dentist outside my home country (Spain). I had severe dental pain and I had to have a tooth extracted. The treatment was incredible, it's nice to see people who enjoy doing their job and are so professional. I found my new favourite dentist. I can't recommend it more.
