Very frustrated with follow up. We have been trying to get our inspection scheduled since April. Follow up with Storm Smart is very poor and disappointing. To date we still haven't gotten them to schedule it.
My roll down fabric shutter is located on the outside of my lanai and works pretty good as far as the up and down side of shuttering. We were suppose to get the mechanical crank but we are still waitng for that to be installed since this past September 13th, 2023...it's June 18th. We only changed our mind about having an electric motorized shutter on the day our order was taken. We decided to spend the big bucks for electricly controlled. Storm Smart did a great job with the sale and installation of lanai hurricane screens and a motorized entry door shutter. Both the sales rep and installer were efficient, professional and informative.

Hurricane screens and the electric to them were installed professionally and quickly. Installers were courteous and took pride in their workmanship. Everything went smoothly. Very satisfied.
My second experience with this company and again I am more than satisfied with the installation of electric shutters. The whole process was professionally and expertly carried out. The installer was competent, efficient and very personable. I hate to add a 'BUT' ! the clean up was disappointing and I suggest the installers should be supplied with an industrial level vac.
