We just finished up with having Storm Smart install three Roll-Down Shutters doors. Our experience was a totally positive one! Great sales staff who worked with us to find the perfect solutions for each opening. The installation staff did a great job installing our screens and shutters. He always kept the work area clean and did a great job installing the products. He then properly explained the operation of the products to us.
We ordered roll down shutters for the front of our home. Storm Smart was timely with everything, and delivered as promised. Now for the best part....the installers ***** and *****. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Went above and beyond for a perfect installation. Very friendly and explained everything well. Highly recommended, would use them again.
We've had two terrible experiences with Storm Smart starting in 2010 when we initially had hurricane protection installed. I still have all my notes. No one asked me for my opinion then and it's taken this long for them to ask my opinion now, six months after they finally installed a replacement for the front door, which we were not able to use. The front door protection was installed 10 feet over the door which had to be rolled up and down manually requiring two able body people to do, each on ladders. We are in our 70's an... read more
Storm Smart was great! The installers were tidy and precise. I am soooo glad chose them to do all my windows! It's nice to have a company you can depend on!
Second time I have used Storm Smart for my hurricane prep needs (roll down shades) They were great to work with, clear with the proposal and time line for installation. They did a beautiful installation. I could not be any happier!!!
