The salesperson to the install crew were exceptional they were friendly and explained everything we had the roll down shutters put on back of **** covering our sliding doors, will definitely use them in the future for our windows.I highly recommend them!

The entire process with Storm Smart is outstanding from Estimate to Final Inspections. The hurricane ****** is a great product and easy to install, the technician was very professional and answered all my questions, he cleaned up the entire area when he was completed. I will use them for my windows in the future.
So far so good. Looks and functions exactly as described. The installation was very impressive. The guys had to deal with a bit of rain and a storm screen that was bit too small. ***** got a replacement screen so the job could be finished on time. That was really above and beyond service. Great final product and easy to work with. Wish I would have used them for my windows! I used a different company for my windows before I realized Storm Smart sold windows, and they absolutely botched the project. I highly recommend Storm Smart!

Courteous, hard working, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They kept the area clean and tidy at all times. They provided a tutorial at the end and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied.
