Very smooth process overall and I am thrilled with my shutters and storm screens for my lanai! I initially thought I wanted accordion shutters, but ended up with roll-down shutters on my windows and they look really nice on the outside. Very easy to operate! The installer walked me through each one to be certain everything was perfect.On my front door with 3 large glass panes I did get an accordion installed that locks from the inside! Excellent work habits of your technician. Her used a leaf blower to clean my lanai after he was done! Also, he used what appeared to be a tarp covering part of my lanai while he worked.***** did an excellent job and went over how to raise and lower the screens with the app, remote and if necessary, manually. He is a credit to your company!

Im happy with myshutters and my new windows. Did have a lot of frustration getting stucco installd around the new windows. Nit was finally done yesterday and looks good. The window installer said that he was going to remove go in my pool and remove some nails and staples that had fallen into the pool. He never did it and I have somr rust spots on the bottom of my pool.
Very happy with the product. Had the storm shades for the lanai installed a few years ago and they held up very well during Hurricane *** so decided to get them for all the windows too.Also the process from the sales representative to the office staff down to the installer all went smoothly. Highly recommend this company.

We have nothing good to say about Storm Smart and we have had nothing but trouble and disappointment with their awful product. When we built our custom home 4 years ago, we contracted with Storm Smart to install roll-down bug screens and Sunbrella fabric screens around our lanai which required a double roll installation at a cost of over $30,000.
