Second time using Storm Smart for hurricane shades, both great experiences. Installers and electricians were timely, professional, efficient.

After much consideration, we hired Storm smart to do our windows and screens. ***** came out quoted us a price and they were installed six months later the crew came out, started taking out our old windows and made havoc of it with tearing out drywall inside the house as well as outside. They apologize profusely, and then they did come immediately and fix their mistakes, but the dust left behind was to say the least look like our house went through a tornado. Storm Smart may be good for storm shutters but definitely not impact windows. Windows were installed in February 2024 and had issues then and still not resolved today, 4 months later. Broken seal in one and 1/2 gap in another. Cant open 2 windows. Used white caulk instead of brown outside. And cant remove screens. Supervisors and managers have been out at least three times. We have been very impressed with the quality of our Storm Smart windows and doors, and the installers are professional and careful from preparation to clean-up. A noticeable improvement over our old windows and door.
