Storm Smart did a tremendous job installing 11 new PGT impact windows. The installers were meticulous during the prep installation and clean up process. There is a major difference in sound quality and insulation just as the sales person stated..
We love our storm screens! The installation crew was fantastic, the product is as advertised, and their follow-up was great. A fine company to deal with.
My experience with Storm Smart was miserable! No communication for 20 weeks after my contract called for installation between 12 and 14 weeks after signing! Windows were mis--measured, installers sent out with incorrect or insufficient materials. They sent one tech to install windows obviously needing more than one person to install. I have complained and was assured someone would contact me and no one bothered to contact me to resolve my issues!
Across the board from start to finish all went great despite the monsoon that hit days in a row. My salesman and office staff were always accessible and answered every question I had. My installers worked diligently and got my job done very professionally.
salesman was good price was right had thr most difficult time trying to correspond with office personal no one seemed to know what was going on very frustating!!!wouldnt recommend this business to anyone
I give Storm Smart a 99.9 out of 100% for satisfaction. My only complaint: they promised me nearly 2 years ago after damaging one screen panel during the shutter installation, that they would replace it which they still have not done even after I told them that I'd settle for a patch on the existing panel.Still, their products are great, and their service is very good especially considering how backlogged they must be after ***.
Windows were installed but the screen did not fit properly. Came two additional times and could not correct the problem. Still waiting for correct screen to be installed.
Storm smart did an excellent job once the order was put into their updated computer system. They seemed to jump to it once they realized the mix-up. They were on top of every question I had??. I was very impressed with how they handled things.
The product and installation was excellent. The installer was excellent and never left any debris after job. Would highly recommended the company.
