It has been 1 yr since installation have had four issues with this product, as well as trying call after call just to schedule some one to come out as fix the issues. Their office customer services is one of the worst Ive ever had issue with. This is so out of my character to do this but there is no integrity at all .. they have hung up on me while I wait for service response .. again 4 times in less than a year. ??? Id advise others to look elsewhere. Good product in the wrong companys hands
We signed a contract 6-8-2023 for installation of hurricane screens and impact windows to the tune of nearly $30K. The contract states one year warranty on products even though these are all considered outdoor fixtures with exposure to elements. The screen enclosure was completed in September 2023 and the windows December of 2023. This was all as a result from damages from Hurricane ***. Very organized company. Great product. Our installers, **** and ****, were awesome. Their workmanship deserves recognition. They left our home spotless each day when they left. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work.

Showed up on time, friendly, explained the process and went to work. **** was the most organized, efficient, and methodical worker I have ever encountered. When he finished, he cleaned up the work area, wiped down the new shutters, and explained the operation. He was outstanding!! Highly recommend.
