I am pleased to recommend Storm Smart. Storm Smart did a great job from the initial visit of our salesman to the final installation of our roll down shutters and roll down screens. I was very pleased with the overall communication especially from our installer ****. **** did a great job installing the products and kept us apprised of the process from start to finish.
Completely satisfied with Storm Smart from initial proposal to finished installation. The professionalism of all the Storm Smart associates was seamless. Overall communication throughout the process was timely and efficient. Our installer, John was great, neat and professional. We’re extremely happy with our Lani screens.
Stromsmart is a great product. We are very pleased with their service and installer David who was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Time to upgrade to better shut ter system since I can no longer install previous Storm Smart cloth shutters . Installers did great job working around the weather. Left everything clean at end of each day
My screens were just installed 9/4. I have not had the inspection process completed yet, but the entire experience till now has been excellent. My salesman was professional and helped me make some choices. Once I signed the contract, I was assigned a contact person who kept me posted along the way - I have an HOA, and the building permits. The installers were professional and quick. And my screens are exactly as expected. It was an easy process.
Very happy with the quality of the Storm Smart roll down screens that were just installed. They put them inside our soffit and you don't even notice them when the screens are up. When the screens are down, they keep the rain out of our covered space, provide visibility and airflow and if a hurricane hits Ft. ***** again, we should be protected. *****, our salesperson was great on the front end and **** and the electrician did a great job installing the product.
This company decided to do a state fund grant program. It’s obviously clear they they let greed and not follow what is required for individuals to take information and properly submit. It’s outlined in detail by both parties when signing on. This company failed since January 2024 and here it is September 05 2024
We are very happy with the Storm Smart products that were installed. The Storm Smart Installers (Kadim and ****) were outstanding. Very friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. They also took the time to explain the products features and patiently answered any questions I had.**** *.
**** and *** were great! Very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, did great work, cleaned up every day, and explained everything perfectly.
