If you are planning on having hurricane shutters done, dont hesitate to contact Storm Smart, we have the hurricane screens in the patio done as well hurricane shutters in all the other windows, they are excellent, everyone you talk to is very knowledgeable and helpful, from the beginning to end. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were curious, professional and arrived when scheduled. The biggest complaint I have is the screens on my pool cage were torn to access my upstairs windows. At the time of the sale I was led to believe hat the screens would be immediately replaced after the installation was complete. Now we find out we are at the mercy of an an outside vendor who does not return calls and we have to wait at least a week before we get our screens replaced. The entire process was extremely simple and timely. From sales rep to install and all involve in between was amazing. If we had concerns or questions communications with applicable departments was stellar. storm smart is a great company to work with. from the sales person, to the office, to the fantastic installer ****, it was a great experience. **** inftalled shutteers and screens in the **** and each window by himself in the span of two days and clean up the whole job.
