The installation went very smoothly. The installers were curious, professional and arrived when scheduled. The biggest complaint I have is the screens on my pool cage were torn to access my upstairs windows. At the time of the sale I was led to believe hat the screens would be immediately replaced after the installation was complete. Now we find out we are at the mercy of an an outside vendor who does not return calls and we have to wait at least a week before we get our screens replaced. Excellent sales and installation. ****** was friendly and professional- my hurricane shutters are secure and look beautiful. Thank you so much - it was hot out there and ****** worked hard to get them all up in 2 days.
The entire process was extremely simple and timely. From sales rep to install and all involve in between was amazing. If we had concerns or questions communications with applicable departments was stellar. Mr Rubio was excellent with his No-Pressure sales and answered all questions and later concerns after deposit was submitted. storm smart is a great company to work with. from the sales person, to the office, to the fantastic installer ****, it was a great experience. **** inftalled shutteers and screens in the **** and each window by himself in the span of two days and clean up the whole job.

It has been 1 yr since installation have had four issues with this product, as well as trying call after call just to schedule some one to come out as fix the issues. Their office customer services is one of the worst Ive ever had issue with. This is so out of my character to do this but there is no integrity at all .. they have hung up on me while I wait for service response .. again 4 times in less than a year. ??? Id advise others to look elsewhere. Good product in the wrong companys hands
