By far the worst letting agency I’ve dealt with in 10+ years of renting in London!! They made multiple serious financial errors — including charging rent twice in two weeks after insisting on direct debit, and getting the deposit amount wrong. When we flagged it, Mehmet took no responsibility, could not care less about it and we had to contact the previous tenants ourselves to resolve it.
