Recently completed on a house that storeys were marketing. Honestly - at several points it actually felt like they were working for us rather than their sellers. Every team member we interacted with was polite professional and knowledgeable. Storeys of Cheshire provided an estate agency experience like I’ve never had or heard of before! From start to finish it was an A1 journey. Their marketing was magnificent, communication exceptional and support unmatched! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone! We viewed a few houses with John, Liz and Cynthia and all 3 agents were really knowledgeable about the homes and answered all our questions. Aidan in the office arranged all the viewings and was very helpful and efficient, keeping in regular contact. We decided to buy a different home with a different agency, however, we were sad not to buy with Storeys. They were amazing!
We bought our home from Storeys and 12 months later sold it with them. Had a good experience overall. Good communication. Great team that all work very well together! Would recommend them. We were living in America and even with the time zones we were able to get to completion pretty smoothly.
I simply could not overstate just how excellent the Storeys service is. The bread and butter estate agent work of displaying and marketing our property was so professional- the photographing ( twilight shots, drones) and videos first class. But what was even more impressive was the team led by Michelle who brought the sale through to conclusion. Michelle was magnificent and ,simply put, overcame any hurdle. A real star. Overall, great people to work with. Outstanding by any measure!
