Moving from Essex to Doncaster so booked Lovespace to handle the removals. Was told I needed to book a video survey, which I did straight away. Recieved an email saying that without an email regarding the survey I cannot book email. Emailed SEVERAL times asking for the relevant email to be sent and was told the video survey could go ahead without it. Today was the day of said survey and of course it did not happen.
