I lived in Umberslade accommodation for 2 years straight. The best accommodation I have ever rented. The neighbourhood is amazing. Peace and quiet. 5 groceries around and train station is just 10 mins walk. And bus stops are 2-3 mins away. Very responsible landlord. Whatever the issue coming up, they fixed it always on time. Rating 10/10 from me.
A lovely place to stay, had a great experience living here. The flat was clean and well-maintained. The landlord was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or small issues, and communication was always smooth. The location is convenient and safe, close to shops and public transport.
Lovely experience offered by the whole Stoneyard staff, especially Jeet. One of the few landlords in Selly Oak that care about their tenants.
