Terrible car I paid £2k for. Had oil leak and lots problems. Owner promised to deal with it. Did nothing. Just a crook
Review for Mark at Stonepound, he sold me a car over 6 months ago now. In that time some issues have arisen that have needed fixing. This outside of a normal sales covering warranty he has willingly aided and paid to put right. I would say he is a top guy and will always help if something out of his control occurs. Massive thumbs up 👍
I bought a car from Mark on the 5th of December - he is a good salesman and has clearly been in the business for a while. He was good enough to arrange a test drive at my place of work and delivery to my flat, no complaints there. The big drawback in the whole process has been getting the V5 documentation through. I don't like to hound people, but I did send Mark a fair few messages about it. After 4 months of waiting I finally received the V5. As a salesman, I can't fault Mark at all.
