I would not recommend using or even speaking to stone house home, they weren’t helpful at all and infact rude and very aggressive on the phone, ashame really as they’re offering a service and selling houses in a such a nice area but the manger ( Karen) who I spoke and dealt with was not pleasant, I’ve seen a lot similar reviews so I guess it’s a lack of proper communication on they’re part
