Wouldn’t recommend. Bought a property with this estate agents. Process took 7 months for what should have been a relatively straight forward no chain property (full accept they have no control over the length of time this took) however… Upon calling the office my offer was spoken about quite rudely while they believed I was on mute. I was accused of not instructing my solicitors, when I had, threatening to tell the seller - followed by no apology, just an oops mixed up clients. Shambolic reporting faults procedure, left me without a cooker for 12 months, took the drive so that they could park on it for themselves or I had to pay an extra £50 on top of the rent if I wanted the drive even though I had lived there 5 years and the drive was included when I rented the property and when I asked to speak to the landlord they were defensive of the parking straight away. reported numerous time about the outside drain pipe and was told to buy a part even though I explained it was broken since I moved in and ... read more
I did not know that I had given a 1 star but this must have been a total mistake as I did not even know how to give a review .. my rating for stone house is a 5/5.. I've never had a problem that hasn't been solved within 48 hours. The maintenance men are amazing and Karen is lovely. Very accommodating and absolutely lovely. I have no idea why there was a 1 star but this is certainly not the case with StoneHouse and id like to stay a tennant with them with moving house in the future. Thank you guys. :)
