Always used them to look after my cats. There never been any problems.
This is the 1st time I have ever put my cat in a cattery whilst I have gone on holiday,would 100% recommend this one the lady who runs it is lovely,we added the cattery on Facebook where she regularly uploaded videos so we could see how the cat was getting on,will be using this one again I picked up a very happy cat when we returned.
