As someone with a multitude of conditions I feel since joining this practice, I have had really good care from the staff. It's nice to feel heard and cared for and the receptionists are so friendly on the phone.
Avoid
Always very friendly staff, including doctors and nurses. Plenty of parking including a couple of disabled spots.
Very poor service! My 10 month old had a bad cough for 6 weeks. We had numerous trips to see the doctor & kept being told he’s fine & to see how he is in a couple days. We went to see an out of hours doctor in Aberdeen as his cough wasn’t getting any better & was in a lot of discomfort. Turns out he has Croup! How did these doctors at Stonehaven medical centre not see this?
