Quality of materials were excellent and the bathroom design services were great. However the service after order left a slightly sour taste in our mouths as we were asked for full payment of the goods before 50% of the stock had even been delivered. Plus items were missed off the order that formed part of the design. We were also not allowed to send excess tiles back that they have measured for the room, costing us additional monies we didn’t need to spend unnecessarily.
