Had a service on a Ifor Williams box trailer done by Edd at my home address, all I can say is many a business could learn something from his approach, from keeping me informed of his early arrival, to his knowledge and help with a few replacement parts that were required. My boat trailers wheel bearing failed on the M42 around 5pm. Stonehall Trailers were still on the phone to us at 7.30pm helping us get it sorted. Fantastic customer support.

Trailer bearings gave up while away. They spoke knowledgeably on the phone, ordered the bearings and fitted a day later. Great service. Highly recommend.
