If I could a lower score I would. Luxury complex, I don't think so... just open your eyes and look at the grounds ... and Maintance is a joke... the manager is a horrible person, with no people skills. She rarely is seen outside her office, never walks the grounds and wouldn't say hello to you if someone made her. And they lie !! Lie lie lie!! Don't believe the renter insurance scam for your deposit lie... wait till the give you the papers... read them.. isn't what they told you is it....
This complex charges outrageous move out fees. I know of multiple residents on my floor who has gone through the same situation as me so be warned!! On move out day I made sure to clean the whole place and carpet clean the floors. It was spotless and I made sure of it since they don't allow scheduling of a move out inspection. Two weeks ago I got a $700 bill for carpet replacement because of 'stains' and 'odor'. I assure you there were no such things as I carpet cleaned the entire place.
