Stop charging tenants higher rent when the apartments are now being leased for less. Answer the phone sometimes, anytime. Even one of the maintenance guys says he's said something to them about residents complaining to them about the office staff not answering the phone. The courtesy officer is a complete no show.

The renovations are AMAZING! Office staff is super sweet and accommodating. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and package room is an added bonus for this Amazon addict!
My husband and I have lived at Stonegate for more than 3 years. During our time, the grounds were kept clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff has always responded to our requests in a very timely manner (most times within 24 hours) and to our satisfaction.
