After having surgery on my leg and back, I wanted to have some physio sessions to build back up my strength. I saw Emily for physio and Carolyn for clinical pilates. Both practitioners were excellent and explained each exercise clearly, and I can definitely feel improvement from practising their suggested exercises. Would definitely recommend -- great quality and value, 1:1 classes with flexible booking.
Taking a holistic approach, Emily's helped me recover from a back injury that I'd lived with for several years, along with a few other injuries along the way (what happens when you turn 30?!)! Huge thanks for all the help and encouragement!
I moved from Surrey to Taunton last year and wished to continue having regular physio appointments with acupuncture as pain control for osteoarthritis. Carolyn has been excellent at keeping me mobile with her expertise and exercises and has always had a helpful, kind, patient approach during my treatment sessions. Thank you Carolyn!

Around 6 weeks ago I had total knee replacement surgery. Having been disappointed with a previous physio, I came across Harry at Stonegallows physiotherapy.
