Very polite staff. Can't say much for the service department. Wanted to charge me 13 thousand pounds to repair my van. Had it delivered to a Ford specialist in Holmfirth, £1,440 all in. Saved myself 11 grand. Wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole. Only gave the place 1 star so that I could add a comment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
