John Anderson of Stone Valley Interiors takes your money and spends it on maintaining his lifestyle then has no intention of doing any work. Banned as a director in his previous company used his wife to open Stone Valley, he shouldn't of been allowed to have any control but runs it. Authorities informed, looks like its going under if you check companies house - total sham, don't know how he can show his face around Stanhope, feel sorry for his poor victims, for which I am one of them !
Cannot give no stars. This firm took 2/3 of the cost in June and today, 2ndSeptember at last the workmen have arrived after “delays” After ripping out our bathroom it seems the materials needed are not arriving because the firm owes LOADS of money and cannot actually get the materials. We are having to go buy our own materials that we have already paid for so the fitters can do the job. But can we speak to anyone from stone valley. NO!!!!!! We are out of pocket by thousands.
