Nice guy. Replaced my old bath with a new one. Decent workmanship so had him back got a downstairs toilet refurb. Would recommend
Fitting of new power shower promised to be quite tricky due to old house, inaccessible pipework and changes to rear of shower model. Jack spent some while on a first visit working out how he might tackle it, and then got on with it patiently and in good humour, despite it still taking longer than expected. A lot of plumbers would have gone to ground after the first visit!
