Terrible service. Staff was rude, everything was closed. Won't be back
We are planning a trip there on Thursday night and plan to go any day Friday-Sunday buy they're sold out bc everyone who had tickets for the week was delayed bc of weather. Anyone who's tickets got canceled and can't make this weekend, I will buy your tickets off you
We purchased snow mountain tickets. Got there and was told snow mountain was closed. I was refused an immediate refund and the park worker happily told my kids Santa doesn't exist. You guys SUCK!!!!!!!!!

Great place to go!!! Our family loved it, shows were good, train ride great and loved they still told the story of Christmas and ALL the workers were so friendly, and everyone said Merry Christmas. keep ip the good work!!!
My family and I visited the park this weekend. My brother has a disability. The staff was so accommodating with him. Your entire staff we can in contact with made our trip that much more enjoyable and easier. Thank you!
We have been here several times, and tonight was a disappointment. I may have gotten to do three things tonight because of being turned away several times.
