Thank you to the Stone Mountain EMTs that responded today when my son Jackson stepped on a broken casserole dish that some person left behind our car. They were very nice and friendly!

Love Stone Mountain Park, always have. It's a great value for the family. In recent years it has become a little too amusement park-like. I know I sound like an old foggy, but attractions like "Snowmountain" are cheesy as hell. Can't believe people want to sandblast the Confederate heroes off the side of the mountain. God put them there, allowing the rock to naturally form into the shapes of Lee, Davis and Jackson. Sorry if you hate the majesty of nature and God's will.

Museum wasn't open, sky lift wasn't open, jump wasn't open, reservation only for obstacle courses. Paid full price only to ride the train and see the laser light show. I've had better food at a concession stand.

I saw several bad reviews and would like to offer some insight and advice for those who now may be afraid to come to Stone Mountain Park. 1. Download the Stone Mountain Park app on your phone, or FULLY utilize their website to do your research. Ultimately, planning a trip is up to you, so don't be surprised if you're disappointed by something that could've totally been avoided. 2. The park opens at 10-ish. I say "-ish" because it seemed like there were park employees straggli...Continue Reading
