If I could rate zero I would Henry is very rude and unprofessional feels the need to give the council deadlines but when they or yourself do it back he doesn't like it i signed a tenancy he didn't give me the keys and then because he didn't like how I handled the situation he cancelled my contract. I will never use or suggest these people or company to anyone.
Stone hiding has left my dad who is a stage 3 patient to go without electric for 4 days. They owe my dad over 2 thousand pounds in electricity bills. My dad has to have a heart monitor on 24/7 and they have aloud him to suffer and leave it off. I will paying them a visit and it’s not going to be pleasant no one will ever treat my dad in this disgusting manner.
Henry was so caring and was so pleasant to deal with when we were renting our flat. God bless henry and stone housing!!
