An absolutely lovely place. My mother has been in their care for 4 years now. And they do care, very much so! Lovely kind staff, who work hard for their residents. There are no words to describe how much comfort and reassurance we felt as a family knowing that my beautiful Nanna was being cared for at Stone House. The team of carers showed my Nanna so much respect and treated her with dignity and love. We enjoyed coming to Stone House to not only see my Nanna but to see the wonderful staff. An excellent well run caring and supportive residential care home. Looked after my father for 18 months really well. Staff are great, security is very effective and they have a lovely family like approach to caring for our loved ones
My nanna is a resident at stonehouse its a really nice home my nanna is very happy there all the staff are so kind and caring the quality of care and food is amazing the manager Angela is lovely always available to answer querys and questions and you can see she really does genuinley care for staff and residents thank you stonehouse
The care given to our mother/mother-in-law during her last three and a half years of life was superb. The staff treated her with respect and great kindness throughout her stay giving her and we, her family, great comfort and peace of mind. Her last days were so thoughtfully and sensitively managed, and we couldn’t have hoped for a more dignified and respectful end of life care.
